Metal-ceramic crowns are a construction consisting of a cast metal frame, covered with a ceramic mass. This frame is made of cobalt-chromium, nickel-chrome alloys of precious metals, for example, with the addition of gold, and others.Metal-ceramic crowns, are one of the most common types of prosthetic worldwide, due to their high strength, durability and aesthetics.

Metal-ceramic crowns have the following advantages:

  • do not darken, do not change color, are not erased, they practically do not form plaque
  • practically do not have contraindications *
  • strength and durability
  • rather high similarity to natural teeth.

Exept some patient’s individual intolerance.
